In an interesting Appellate Court case, an injury to the shoulder was considered a man as a whole case. the decision turned on the definition of the body part “shoulder” as opposed to “arm”. The result–possibly higher settlement values for shoulder injuries. The case has been docked for re-hearing. Stay tuned.
